  When seller approves your order No. and trial report, we will send full rebate to your Rebatest account within 48 hours. You can withdraw money to your PayPal account. You'll also need to leave one verified review to be able to withdraw the money. This rule applies to all situations concerning withdrawing on our platform.

• + 3. I haven't received my cashback in my Paypal account?

  If you have successfully requested a payment in your Rebatest cash back balance panel, please wait for 48 hours and if you still haven't received it in your Paypal account, please contact us via support@rebatest.com.

• +4. What should I do if my order No. refused by the seller?

  If your order No. was refused by the seller, it means that you submitted the wrong one. You can go back and check your Amazon order and try to submit the right order No. again.   The trial report contains 4 parts: product brief introduction, pros and cons, suggestion & Conclusion, the product photo and more.Please leave a helpful and relevant trial report.

  The following 3 situations may cause the refusal of trial report :
  ① Content which is irrelevant to the tested item.The content must be based on the tested item.
  ②Too short, less than 20 words.Tell your genuine opinions (positive or negative).
  ③ Your content includes violence, fraud, illegal,etc.
  Examples of prohibited content include:
  

  • Content encouraging hate or violence
  • Content encouraging people to commit acts of terrorism
  • Content created by terrorist organizations
  • Terrorist training materials
  • Suspicious content regarding use or sale of chemicals online
  • Depictions of actual sexual activity between adults

  After your order No. was confirmed by the seller, Rebatest will send you an email and guide you to submit your trial report. Please follow the guide or you can go to your application panel and submit your trial report after 3 days.

• +10.What is My Purchase Rate? How to calculate?

  The Purchase Rate is the ratio of the orders you've completed to orders you've applied. Purchase Rate =(10-X+Y)/10 （X≤10）Purchase Rate =Y/X ( X≥10) X=orders you've applied Y=orders you've completed

• +11.Purchase rate are too low ?

  The purchase rate is calculated based on your orders during last 30 days, after which your purchase rate will rise automatically. Please make sure you have submitted the order number in time after you apply for it , so that your purchase rate will not be affected.

• +12.There is a price discrepancy on Amazon and rebatest websites?

  First, click the "Report" button on the upper right corner of the product page on Rebatest to let us know about the price discrepancy.

• +13.Do the product specifications I buy on Amazon have to be the same as when applied on Rebatest?

  Yes, please make sure the style/color/size of the product you purchased on Amazon is the same as the product you have applied for on Rebatest. We actually had separate listings due to different style/color/size, you can search on the website to see if there is a style/color/size you like.

• +14. Why my order shows closed?
  The order will automatically closed if you do not submit the order No. or trial report in time.

  • After your application is approved by the seller, you need to place the order on Amazon and submit the correct order No. within 4 hours. If not, applications get closed.
  • After the order No. is approved, you need to submit the trial report within 30 days, otherwise the order will be closed automatically.
• +15.When does my cashback account show payable?
  The order shall be transferred to the buyers’ payable account as long as the trial report is approved.
